Shipping and Returns

International Shipping:

Shipping is available to specific countries. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply.

Badge Reel Only Purchases to Canada:
Orders containing only badge reels will be shipped via Canada Post letter mail without tracking.

Shipping Times:

  • General Order Processing: Typically takes 2-8 business days.

  • Custom Orders: May take up to 14 business days to process.
    Shipping times vary depending on the courier used.

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by labor disruptions, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.​

Return & Exchange Policy

​Timeframe:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unworn items with attached tags.

Fees:

Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returns and exchanges. These fees are not covered by the shop.

 

Exceptions:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited Edition items

  • Holiday Collection items (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day)

  • Items purchased under 'SALE'

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable:
Custom orders and sale items fall under this category and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sizing:
    Please refer to the size charts before making a purchase to ensure a proper fit.

Initiating Returns/Exchanges:
To begin the return process, customers should contact us at info@createdbykaitlyn.ca.

Additional Notes:

  • Responsibility for Address Errors:
    If items are returned due to customer address errors, the shipping cost will be recharged to the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    The company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact their postal/courier service directly if such an issue occurs.
