Shipping Policy

  • Free Ground Shipping within Canada: Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for free ground shipping within Canadian provinces, excluding the purchase of gift cards. The merchandise total must be $150.00 and up before taxes or after any discount to qualify.

  • International Shipping: Available to specific countries, but customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties.

  • Badge Reel Only Purchases to Canada: These are shipped via Canada Post letter mail without tracking.

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the courier used. General order processing typically takes 2-8 business days, while custom orders may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by labor disruptions or interruptions beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days for unworn items with attached tags.

  • Fees: Costs associated with returns and exchanges are not covered by the shop; customers are responsible for these fees.

  • Exceptions: Limited Edition, Holiday Collection items (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentines, St. Patrick's), and items purchased under 'SALE' are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Custom orders and sale items fall under this category.

  • Sizing: Encourages customers to refer to size charts before making a purchase.

  • Initiating Returns/Exchanges: Customers should contact info@createdbykaitlyn.ca to begin the return process.

  • Responsibility for Address Errors: If items are returned due to customer address errors, the shipping rate will be recharged to the customer.
